With Hastings member Rodney setting up the British Boys Championship in the 20’s, and making sure junior chess thrived in Hastings, Sussex & the country the club has always produced a fine crop of chess players from it’s academy, from a Grand Master – Stuart Conquest, International Master – Thomas Rendle, British Junior Champion – Ollie Willson to the current U10 British Boys Champion – Arjun Kolani. Details of future stars can be found here.
