The Hastings & St Leonards Chess Club runs many internal tournaments that are generally broken down into two major sections. Winter and Summer. The winter tournaments coincide with the regular chess season and include the main club Championship, the challengers cup the Pelton (serving as a qualifier for the Championship) and the third tier Rush Cup.
